The Services may link to third-party websites,
online services, or mobile applications and/or contain advertisements from

To the extent these online tracking technologies
are deemed to be a "sale"/"sharing" (which includes
targeted advertising, as defined under the applicable laws) under applicable US

efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the
Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure,
so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other
unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and
improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will
do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal
information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only
access the Services within a secure environment.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or
market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such
personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at
least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to
such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that personal
information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will
deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such
data from our records. If you become aware of any data, we may have collected
from children under age 18, please contact us at info@tugotv.com.
10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short:
Depending on your state of residence in the US or in some regions, such as
Canada, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your
personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any
time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.
In some regions (like Canada), you have certain
rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i)
to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to
request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of your
personal information; (iv) if applicable, to data portability; and (v) not to

We will consider and act upon any request in
accordance with applicable data protection laws.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact

communications: You can unsubscribe from our
marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the
unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, or by contacting us using the

below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still
communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages that
are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to
service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.
Account Information
If you would at any time like to review or change
the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:
Upon your request to terminate your account, we
will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active
databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent
fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal
terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
If you have questions or comments about your
privacy rights, you may email us at info@tugotv.com.
11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems
and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or
setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data
about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage,
no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has
been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or
any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be
tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must
follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised
version of this privacy notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we
respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry
or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to
them at this time.
